  • honey BBQ chicken served open face on cornbread with your choice of pineapple slaw or harvest pumpkin soup
  • ham, potato, and apple bake served with your choice of pineapple slaw or harvest pumpkin soup
  • apple raisin french toast strata served with baked peaches

third course:

Choices are as follows:

  • pumpkin pie
  • apple dumplings

Three courses for $12.95!  Can’t beat the price🙂

Hello world!  I am sorry it has been a while since my last post but we have been busy!!🙂

Here is an inside look of whats on the menu today!

First Course:  Berries and Cream and an assortment of carrot cake and cinnamon pecan bread

Second Course:  Cream filled crepes with homemade blueberry sauce,  cottage and herb scrambled eggs with homemade wheat beer bread and a side of turkey bacon.

It is Sunday so you know what that means… Mimosa Sunday!

Whats on the menu today:

Mimosa Fruit Salad

Assorted Sweet Breads

Croissant French Toast Topped with Grilled White Peaches and a side of Turkey Sausage

AND…

UNLIMITED MIMOSAS!!!

Here at The Maid’s Quarters Bed and Breakfast, we like to make all homemade items.  That means candy too! With it being Memorial Day Weekend, we are pretty booked at the Inn.  All of the lucky guests who made reservations this weekend with us get to enjoy the homemade candy of the week… Irish Potato Candy🙂

Irish Potato Candy

1/4 lb softened butter

8 oz cream cheese softened

2 lbs confectioners’ sugar

8 oz coconut

Cream the butter and cream cheese together.  Mix in the confectioners’ sugar and coconut by hand.  Chill for atleast two hours.  Roll into walnut sized balls and roll in cinnamon.  ENJOY!

Store in an air tight container in the fridge to keep firm.
